Chuck Cain

Founder & CEO
Chuck founded the company in 1986 which evolved into FreightCo Solutions in 2013. Initially building an early foundation in hospitality and customer service, Chuck has had a deep and successful entrepreneurial career in shipping and logistics. As an executive and operations-focused leader, he and his team have helped a wide variety of organizations move millions of pounds of freight over an incalculable number of miles worldwide.

Shane Farrow

Technology & Operations
Shane, who has the most eclectic music taste on the team, leads technology and operations for FreightCo. He has worked in the shipping, logistics, and technology industries (with a focus on systems analysis, design and implementation) for over 20 years and has been an integral part of the success and culture of the organization.

Katie Clayton

Finance & Administration
Katie is responsible for the day-to-day vendor and customer accounting operations, HR, and administration. She’s worked nearly 20 years in Freight Forwarding, with the first 10 of those managing retail and e-commerce customers. This combined experience gives her the broad view of a customer’s needs from start to finish.

Kelly Bruss

Operations
Hailing from the cheesiest state out there, Wisconsin, Kelly brings her over 10 years of logistics experience from organizations including Wounded Warrior Project, Habitat for Humanity, and AmeriCorps to the team. Kelly Oversees the day-to-day operations of the team at our headquarters, ensuring top-notch customer service and on-time deliveries.

The “other” Chuck has 30 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations, Marketing, and Recruiting. Focused on relationship selling his whole career, Chuck leads FreightCo’s growth efforts leading sales and marketing.
